Some great music making today, courtesy of my student Sam! We were both pleased with how his rendition of Turk’s “The Ballet” from the Celebration Series Level 1 book is sounding. Enjoy! □□ #pianoteaching #pianolessons #pianostudents

Meet Max, the latest composer in the studio! This piece explores register changes as well as tempo changes — and even has lyrics. Way to go, Max!

Tess really enjoyed learning this piece, appropriately titled “Is The Rain Letting Up?” by Donald Waxman. Nice work on the dynamics, Tess! □☔️□

HEAR MS. JOY PLAY

This is a piece by Franz Liszt called "Waldesrauschen", as played by Ms. Joy at her Masters degree recital in January of 2011. "Waldesrauschen" roughly translated means, "Whispers in the Trees."

The other videos below are of Joy's own compositions. Sheet music is available for purchase at ColorInMyPiano.com/shop/sheetmusic.
